Concert, Recital, Rehearsal Set-Up Form
A set-up form must be completed for each event requiring stage and/or recording crew at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. Download the PDF below or pick one up outside Bryan Fine Arts Room 106. Place completed set-up forms in Lee Bledsoe's mailbox.
