Technology Recommendation
The School of Music is increasingly integrating the use of portable devices in their daily activities and curriculum. For this reason, it is recommended that students have an entry level (primary) portable computing device. Secondary computing devices (tablets/iPads, etc.) can be used, however they are not considered primary computing devices.
The recommendations below should work well for all music degrees within the School of Music as an entry level computer. Be sure to check with individual instrumental and voice studio professors for any additional technology requirements.
