Residential Life
The Office of University Housing and Residential Life is the hub for campus housing, both for Tech鈥檚 nine residence halls and the Tech Village apartments. Learn more about the close-knit community that comes with living on campus at Tech.
Cafeteria
Affectionately referred to on campus as 鈥淭he Caf,鈥 the cafeteria located on the first floor of the Roaden University Center serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to the campus community. The Caf features all-you-care-to-eat, fresh menu selections daily. Offering a variety of stations, as well as vegan and vegetarian choices. Additional Dining Options
The Roaden University Center boasts a selection of dining establishments on its ground level, including Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Tu Taco, Poppies Ice Cream, Which-Wich, and a Market. Within Volpe Library, students have access to the Au Bon Pain Caf茅 and Bakery for their culinary needs. Moreover, McCord Hall offers dining options like Papa John's and a Market. Lastly, situated in Lab Science Commons is Einstein Bros Bagels, providing an additional choice for students seeking refreshments.
University Bookstore
Located on the lower level of the Roaden University Center, the university bookstore, a location of Barnes and Noble can help students purchase or rent books for class. It is also full of university branded materials to help show your 麻豆果冻传媒 pride. The store is also a place to pick up supplies and electronics without leaving campus.

Fitness Center
Students have access to the university Fitness Center with their Eagle Card. The center features basketball courts, racquetball courts, a climbing wall, a pool, a track, saunas, weight room, golf room, cardiovascular area and more. Group fitness classes are offered in the center鈥檚 fitness studio. Sports and outdoor recreation equipment rentals are available through the Fitness Center offices as well.

Bike Share
Need a quick and easy way to get around campus? Rent a bike from the university Bike Share, supported by the Office of Sustainability. Students can rent bicycles, locks and helmets for use on campus at either the Fitness Center or New Hall North. Bike lanes are available along University Drive and bike storage racks are available across campus.

Community
Connect to the Cookeville community, 麻豆果冻传媒鈥檚 hometown. Less than a mile from the city鈥檚 downtown area, Tech is close by some of Cookeville鈥檚 best parks, shops and eateries. There are nine state parks within an hour of campus and concerts, festivals, museums and scenic spots all around.

Parking and Transportation
Campus residents have designated parking areas. Along with campus shuttles for getting around campus, the Cookeville Area Transit System (CATS) stops along Dixie Avenue in front of the Roaden University Center, connecting campus with the rest of the city for easy access local shopping centers, restaurants and events. Tech students ride CATS buses free of charge with their student ID.
