The award-winning Creative Services team, in support of the 麻豆果冻传媒 brand, provides visual design to your message through publications and digital assets. The Creative Services team has created a suite of downloadable templates for Adobe and Microsoft products to help you stay on brand with your creative projects. Project FAQ
- When will my project be complete?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project. At the beginning of the project, a member of the Creative Services team will help walk you through the project timeline.
- I鈥檓 not sure where to start. What do I do?
Typically, the following type of questions should be considered before starting a project:
- Who is your audience?
- What action do you want them to take?
- How do you want to distribute your message?
- What is the desired in-hand deadline for the project?
- How do you want to measure the project鈥檚 effectiveness?
After answering these questions, please complete the and a member of our team will be in contact with you.
- What if I already designed/edited a publication and it鈥檚 ready to be reviewed?
Please submit the file to Office of Communications and Marketing for pub review via the Publication Review Request Form.
- What if I just need printing services?
Use our Print Services Request Form to start the process for receiving an estimate and options for printing.
- Can I supply my own graphics to be used?
This depends on the project scope. It is recommended to make sure any graphics used are of the highest quality and align with the university鈥檚 brand.
- How much do you charge?
Please refer to the Creative Services Pricing tab for an overview of pricing for various standard project requests. Creative Services will bill your index number.
- Will I still need to pay if I don鈥檛 use the design?
Our goal is to always create materials that help to reach your goals. Occasionally, a project ends without being completed. If a project needs to be cancelled for any reason, the Creative Services charge for any work completed will still be billed to your index number.
- How many proofs do I receive?
Creative Services will provide up to three rounds of proofs. Requests for changes after the third proof may be subject to an additional proof fee.
- It looks like there are marks in the corner of my document. What are these?
The marks are placed on the document for printing purposes. They will not print on the actual document, but rather are there for bleed and crop marks for Print Services.
