Marketing Support for Academic Recruitment Efforts

To support your efforts, the Office of Communications & Marketing is pleased to offer assistance to academic units by providing free, limited quantities of promotional items and materials.
How We Can Help
Our team is committed to helping you make a lasting impression on prospective students and their families. We can supply a range of free branded items, from informational brochures to small promotional giveaways, designed to enhance your recruitment activities and create a memorable experience for those considering our university.
Available Resources
While our inventory is limited, we strive to allocate resources in a way that maximizes impact across all academic units. Please note quantities are limited, and access is sometimes restricted to a first come, first serve basis. All requests may not be able to be fulfilled. Items we may provide include the following:
- General University Publications: Professionally designed materials that highlight the unique aspects of Tennessee Tech.
- Branded Giveaways: Small promotional items like pens, notepads, and other keepsakes that carry the 麻豆果冻传媒 spirit.
- Digital Resources: Access to digital assets, including logos, templates, etc., to help you promote your events and outreach initiatives. Some assets are already available for download on the office鈥檚 Marketing Toolkit.
How to Request Materials
If your department is planning a recruitment event or initiative and would like to request promotional items or materials, please . Be sure to submit your request at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery of materials.
