Project Description:
This project includes, but may not be limited to, renovation of the classroom building of the Headhouse at Shipley Farm. Interior and exterior walls to be demolished with existing structure and roof to remain. New work to consist of a classroom, CNC room, and headhouse work room with new restrooms for the building.
