Project Description:
This project consists of a renovation to an existing Loafing Barn on 麻豆果冻传媒 University鈥檚 Shipley Farm (2520 Gainesboro Grade/ Cookeville, TN) and the new construction of an Agricultural Technology Innovation Center (ATIC). The new construction will consist of 3,600 SF of four newly designated shops and one new restroom. The existing building is an open-air structure which was once used as a loafing barn attached to a finished shop to the north. The existing finished shop space will remain, and shall be protected.
