Transfer Admissions Scholarships & Grants
Please see the Transfer Scholarship Application Timeline for more information regarding application deadlines for each term.
Students who qualify may only receive one of the following Admissions Scholarships.
麻豆果冻传媒 offers guaranteed Tech Transfer Pride scholarships to new transfer students who meet the minimum requirements and apply for admission for Spring 2025 by December 15, 2024.
College transcripts must be received by January 15, 2025 for the purpose of establishing scholarship eligibility.
In order to be considered for additional departmental scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year, transfer students must also complete a scholarship application by December 15, 2024.
Tech Transfer Pride Scholarship*

A guaranteed three-year scholarship for incoming transfer students who meet the minimum requirements and apply for admission for Spring 2025 by December 15, 2024.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien;
- Must be transferring with at least 12 transferable credit hours;
- Must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative transfer GPA;
- Transcripts must be received by January 15, 2025;
- Must be pursuing their first Bachelor's degree;
- Must not have previously attended Tech as a degree-seeking student (considered Readmitted rather than New Transfer).
It is renewable for up to three years (six semesters) as long as the student maintains full-time undergraduate enrollment and has a 3.00 overall cumulative (Tech) GPA by the end of their second semester at Tech and each semester thereafter.
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship*
A three-year scholarship for incoming transfer students who apply for admission for Spring 2025 by December 15, 2024 and meet the following criteria:
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
- Must be transferring from a Tennessee community college with an A.A., A.S. or A.A.S.
degree or at least 60 transferable credit hours;
- Transcripts must be received by January 15, 2025.
- Must have a minimum 3.5 cumulative transfer GPA;
- Must be pursuing their first Bachelor's degree;
- Must not have previously attended Tech as a degree-seeking student (considered Readmitted rather than New Transfer).
- Must be a member in good standing of Phi Theta Kappa (verified through the PTK Connect portal);
For spring consideration, PTK members should email the Scholarship Office at scholarships@tntech.edu. Awards are competitive and are not guaranteed. Award amounts will be $3,000 per year. This scholarship is renewable for up to three years (six semesters) as long as the student maintains full-time continuous undergraduate enrollment and has a 3.00 overall combined (Tech) GPA by the end of their second semester at Tech. A limited number of these scholarships will be awarded.
All-Tennessee Academic Team Scholarship*
A three-year scholarship for incoming transfer students who complete a scholarship application by December 15 and meet the following criteria:
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien;
- Must be pursuing their first Bachelor's degree;
- Must not have previously attended Tech as a degree-seeking student (considered Readmitted rather than New Transfer).
- Must be a Phi Theta Kappa member chosen by your Tennessee Board of Regents Community College to be their designated selection for the All-Tennessee Academic Team.
For spring consideration, All-TN Academic Team members should email the Scholarship Office at scholarships@tntech.edu. Awards are competitive and are not guaranteed. Award amounts will be $4,000 per year. The scholarship is renewable for three years (six semesters) as long as the student maintains continuous full-time undergraduate enrollment and has a 3.00 overall combined (Tech) GPA by the end of their second semester at Tech.

College transcripts must be received by June 1, 2025 for the purpose of establishing scholarship eligibility.
In order to be considered for additional departmental scholarships, transfer students must complete a scholarship application. The priority deadline for greatest consideration is January 15th, 2025, with a final deadline of May 1, 2025.

Additional Information
*Students may only receive one of these awards. If a student is eligible for more than one award, they will be offered the greater of the two.
麻豆果冻传媒nological University reserves the right to limit scholarship/grant awards if necessary funding is not available.
Any student receiving a combination of lottery scholarships, federal and/or state grants, and institutional or private scholarships or grants cannot receive more than the estimated cost of attendance per year, as determined by the Office of Financial Aid. If the total of all offers exceeds that amount, the scholarship/grant amount will be reduced.
