Parking Permit Refund Request
To initiate a refund for your parking permit, please complete the refund request form accessible via the provided link below. Ensure that the completed form, along with your permit, is submitted to Parking & Transportation Services at RUC, Room 122.
2024-2025 Refund Deadlines
September 4, 2024- Last day for 100% refund.
January 29, 2025- Last day for 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this date.
TERMS FOR PERMIT REFUND:
鈥efunds are permitted for any student or employee who meets all other terms for this process.
鈥 Refund Request Form must be submitted with the returned permit (product) in good physical condition.
鈥 Full refund is available if all paperwork is completed and turned before the final academic purge for the Fall semester full-term courses. After this deadline the refund amount is reduced to 50% of the cost of the permit.
鈥o refunds will be accepted after the final purge is completed for the Spring semester full-term.
鈥tudent refunds are applied to the student account. Faculty and staff refunds will be submitted to the Business Office. All refunds will follow the University refund policy.
鈥efund amounts are based on the date of which all documents are received by the office.
鈥efunds are not permitted for summer permits.
