Search Committee Guidelines
Search committees play a vital role in recruiting, evaluating and recommending the
most qualified candidates for employment by Âé¶¹¹û¶³´«Ã½. Search committee members
are often the first University employees that a candidate meets. Each member has an
opportunity to represent Âé¶¹¹û¶³´«Ã½ as a diverse and welcoming community while
carrying out the search in accordance with the University policies and procedures.
