Search committees play a vital role in recruiting, evaluating and recommending the
most qualified candidates for employment by 麻豆果冻传媒. Search committee members
are often the first University employees that a candidate meets. Each member has an
opportunity to represent 麻豆果冻传媒 as a diverse and welcoming community while
carrying out the search in accordance with the University policies and procedures.
