Can I get copy of my shot records?
Yes. However, we only keep medical records for 10 years.
Do I need an appointment to be seen?
It is best to make an appointment; however, walk-ins are permitted if time is available. Please call 931-372-3320 to schedule an appointment.

Do you see patients other than students?
Yes, aside from seeing students, we also see faculty/staff.
How do I get my medication?
We dispense most medications ordered by our practitioners.
Is there a cost for a visit?
No, office visits are free for students. There is a $20.00 office visit for faculty/staff per visit. Medicine and lab tests are at cost.
What are your office hours?
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Central (excluding University Holidays).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, America Express and Discover), cash, and checks for faculty/staff payment. Student fees are charged to the student's university account.
Can I have an excuse for class?
Health Services does not routinely provide school excuses. Verification of a visit to Health Services may be given to share with your faculty member.
