Administrative Funds
To further support current students with the lagging financial implications of the COVID-19 pandemic, 麻豆果冻传媒 has authorized that $1 million of the funds provided to 麻豆果冻传媒 to cover pandemic-related administrative expenses be distributed to Tech students.
There will not be an application process. All funds will be automatically disbursed to eligible students. There will only be one disbursement to students deemed eligible at 麻豆果冻传媒 as of April 4, 2022. Please see disbursement details below in the section titled 鈥淒etails on American Rescue Plan Funds to Tech Students鈥.

- 禄 Eligibility Requirements for American Rescue Plan funds
Student was enrolled at 麻豆果冻传媒 as of April 4, 2022 and 麻豆果冻传媒 is the student鈥檚 home institution.
- 禄 Details on American Rescue Plan Funds to Tech Students
Direct deposit will be used for students who are set up to allow 麻豆果冻传媒 to pay in that manner. Students should check that bank account for the deposit. If direct deposit is not set up, students will receive a paper check.
Total American Rescue Plan funds to be disbursed: $1,000,988.
The entirety of these funds will be disbursed automatically on Friday, April 8, 2022. Please allow 2-3 days for funds to be received via direct deposit. If you do not have direct deposit set up, you may pick up a paper check on Friday afternoon beginning at 1 p.m., April 8, 2022 in the Johnson Hall Auditorium. After Friday, checks can be picked up in the Business Office on the first floor of Derryberry Hall. Checks not picked up by Monday, April 18, 2022 will be mailed to the student address of record.
Full-time Undergraduate and Graduate students, as of April 4, 2022, will receive $122.
Part-time Undergraduate and Graduate students, as of April 4, 2022, will receive $81.
The American Rescue Plan (HEERF III) funds are not considered Federal financial aid (Title IV and HEA) and will not impact federal, state and institutional aid. This means that any HEERF III funds received will not affect your current financial aid eligibility in any way.

麻豆果冻传媒, in accordance to the United States Department of Education, will be awarding $12,007,166 to 麻豆果冻传媒 students impacted by COVID-19.

Student was enrolled at 麻豆果冻传媒 as of September 15, 2021 and 麻豆果冻传媒 is the student鈥檚 home institution.
- 禄 Purpose of American Rescue Plan funds
American Rescue Act (HEERF III) funds are a grant from the Federal Government to cover student expenses to ensure learning continues for students during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Students can use funds for any component of student鈥檚 cost of attendance.

Funds may be applied to an outstanding balance at 麻豆果冻传媒.

Funds may be used on costs such as food, housing, health care (including mental), and childcare.

Total American Rescue Plan funds to be disbursed: $12,007,166.
The entirety of these funds will be disbursed automatically on September 20, 2021. Please allow 2-3 days for funds to be received via direct deposit. Paper checks will be available for pick up at the Business Office on the first floor of Derryberry Hall beginning Monday afternoon at 2 p.m., September 20, 2021. Checks not picked up by Wednesday, September 29, 2021 will be mailed to the student address of record.
The range of funds distributed to 7,955 eligible full-time undergraduate and graduate students is $860 to $1,830.
The range of funds distributed to 1,935 eligible part-time undergraduate and graduate students is $171 to $1,200.
The American Rescue Plan (HEERF III) funds are not considered Federal financial aid (Title IV and HEA) and will not impact federal, state and institutional aid. This means that any HEERF III funds received will not affect your current financial aid eligibility in any way.

禄 An acknowledgement that the institution signed and returned the certification and agreement form and that the institution has used, or intends to use the funds to provide the mandated amount of emergency financial aid grants to students.
